Quality Policy
ACRECENTA DEVELOPMENT, SL (hereinafter, Acrecenta), a company dedicated to "Information Systems that support the processes of design, development, implementation, support, training and maintenance of the software development services provided by Acrecenta Development" has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard to improve the service it provides to its clients at Av. del President Companys, 9, Floor 1, 08911 Badalona, Barcelona.
At Acrecenta, we consider the continuous improvement of the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients and stakeholders as one of our fundamental values, integrating into our governance strategies dialogue and understanding with our stakeholders, as well as incorporating their requirements and expectations into our objectives as a fundamental pillar of our mission, vision and values.
As part of the commitment and leadership of Acrecenta's management, the necessary resources, responsibilities and mechanisms have been put in place for the proper implementation, development and commitment to permanent continuous improvement of a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, aligned with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
To this end, Acrecenta's Quality Management System has the following main commitments:
- Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of Acrecenta, starting from Management.
- Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, bearing in mind at all times the context of the organization, both internal and external, including climate change.
- Quality is oriented towards the Satisfaction of all our clients (and stakeholders), through the commitment of the entire organization to meeting their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products themselves, while minimizing the environmental impact of our organization.
- The Quality of our products / services is supported by the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect, always seeking continuous improvement of our management system.
- Quality directs us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and the possible improvements that new technologies may place at our disposal.
- Quality requires the participation and collaboration of all, which is why this Policy is disseminated to all Acrecenta personnel for their knowledge and understanding.
To achieve these commitments, we have designed and approved specific objectives that are measured and evaluated periodically.
